  • How can I pay for my order?
    We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit card, debit card, and PayPal. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure the safety and privacy of your personal and financial information.
  • Can I return or exchange an item?
    Yes, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or custom orders. For more information, please see our returns policy.
  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and follow the prompts to check out. You will be asked to provide your shipping and payment information. Once you have completed the checkout process, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Ireland. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Estimated delivery times are as follows: Ireland: 2-3 business days UK: 4-5 business days Europe: 5-7 business days Rest of the world: 7-10 business days Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or issues with the postal service.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to cancel or make changes. However, if you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by using our contact form and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
